01 β CLS
CLS is the control chain that turns Smart X into a measurement instrument rather than a machine. Dose β flow (ml) β time β every shot is measured at three points and the grind is adjusted automatically when something deviates. Compensates for humidity, bean roast level and wear without manual calibration. The same shot at 7am as at 5pm, week after week.

02 β AUTOMILK
Cappuccino, latte and flat white at the press of a button. AutoMilk handles temperature, volume and texture β cup after cup, no matter who is serving.

03 β CAYEFOAM+
An extra outlet β dedicated to milk foam, in addition to the regular milk dispenser. The foam gets the same texture cup after cup, no matter who pushes the button. The prerequisite for latte art that looks the same every time. Requires AutoMilk.

04 β ANTI-GRAVITY
Water is forced upward through the puck instead of downward. More even flow-through, higher extraction yield, and denser crema than conventional downward brewing. Combined with VVD distribution for channel-free extraction.

05 β VVD
VVD (Vertical Vibrating Distribution) creates a perfectly even coffee bed before extraction. Eliminates channeling and ensures water passes through the entire puck.

06 β CPS
CPS (Constant Particle Size) is the Smart X grinding system with 64 mm ceramic burrs. Each burr has a 3,000 kg lifetime β 2 to 4 times longer than traditional steel burrs. Temperature-stable, quiet, and with consistent particle size for consistent extraction.

07 β ACCUPOWDERWEIGH
Built-in scale measures every dose with Β±0.2 g deviation and 0.03% accuracy. The machine adjusts the grind automatically β no manual calibration needed.

08 β THREE GRINDERS
Two standard grinders with 1.2 kg hoppers each, plus an optional third grinder with a 0.7 kg hopper β all three running in parallel. Standard espresso, specialty roast, and decaf simultaneously in one machine. Electric grind adjustment.

09 β SUPERMIX
SuperMix achieves SCA Level 1 Excellent classification for milk foam. Saves up to 25% milk versus conventional systems, with consistent microfoam every time.

10 β CAYESTEAM
Same steam wand, three ways to use it: ManualSteam for full barista control, ManualSteam+ with assisted steering, and AutoSteam that foams automatically. The barista chooses the level of automation depending on volume and menu β from silky latte art to stable cappuccino foam.

11 β HOT WATER
Dedicated outlet for tea and americano with separate temperature control. The coffee outlet stays free for espresso during the same time β two parallel drinks without queues slowing things down.

12 β CONSTRUCTION
Shared 430 Γ 700 Γ 600 mm chassis β the same footprint regardless of configuration. CPS burrs, AccuPowderWeigh scale, brew unit, SuperMix milk pump and control board sit as standalone modules in the same frame. Each module can be swapped or upgraded in the field in minutes without taking the machine apart.

13 β CLS STUDIO
CLS Studio adds AccuLiquidWeigh β a scale in the brew unit that measures extracted espresso in real time. The standard control chain Dose β flow (ml) β time is upgraded to Dose β flow (g) β time. Weight-based extraction is independent of density and crema β every shot lands exactly where it should, even as the bean ages. Modular upgrade, can be retrofitted.
