01 — DUALSHIFT
Master has two brew units working in parallel. While one extracts, the other prepares the next shot — dosing, grinding and weighing happen in the background, not in the queue. Result: 258 espressos per hour instead of 156, two coffee outlets serving simultaneously, and zero downtime during the rush. Everything else in the machine — CLS, AccuPowderWeigh, Anti-Gravity, VVD — runs doubled.

02 — CLS
CLS is the control chain that turns Master into a measuring instrument rather than a machine. Dose → flow (ml) → time — every shot is measured at three points and grind size adjusts automatically if anything drifts. Compensates for humidity, bean roast level and burr wear with no manual calibration. Same shot at 7 AM as at 5 PM, week after week.

03 — CPS
CPS (Constant Particle Size) is the grinding system with 2 × 64 mm ceramic burrs. Each burr has a 3,000 kg lifetime — 2 to 4 times longer than traditional steel burrs. Temperature-stable, quiet, with consistent particle size for repeatable extraction.

04 — ACCUPOWDERWEIGH
Built-in scale measures every dose to ±0.2 g with 0.03 % accuracy. While one brewer extracts, the next dose is ground and weighed in parallel — zero idle time between shots. The machine adjusts grind size automatically.

05 — ANTI-GRAVITY
Water is pressed upward through the puck instead of downward. More even flow, higher extraction yield and tighter crema than conventional downward brewing. Combined with VVD distribution for channel-free extraction.

06 — VVD
VVD (Vertical Vibrating Distribution) creates a perfectly even coffee bed before extraction. Eliminates channeling and ensures water passes through the entire puck.

07 — HOT WATER
Dedicated outlet for tea and americano with separate temperature control. The DualShift brewers continue at the same time — three parallel drinks without slowing the queue.

08 — CAYESTEAM
The CayeSteam wand has three operating modes: ManualSteam for full barista control, ManualSteam+ with assisted control, and AutoSteam which steams automatically. The barista chooses the level of automation depending on volume and menu — from silky latte art to consistent cappuccino foam.

09 — SUPERMIX
SuperMix achieves SCA Level 1 Excellent classification on milk foam and saves up to 25 % milk compared to conventional systems. Paired with CayeFoam+ for consistent microfoam on milk-based drinks.

10 — CAYEFOAM+
Dedicated outlet for milk foam alongside the coffee outlets. The foam has the same texture cup after cup, regardless of who presses the button. The foundation for latte art that looks identical every time.

11 — CONSTRUCTION
Common chassis at 430 × 700 × 600 mm — same footprint as Smart X regardless of configuration. CPS burrs, AccuPowderWeigh scale, dual brew units, SuperMix milk pump and control board are all standalone modules in the same frame. Each module can be swapped or upgraded in the field in minutes without disassembling the machine.

12 — CLS STUDIO
CLS Studio adds AccuLiquidWeigh to the brew unit — a scale that measures extracted espresso in real time. The standard control chain Dose → flow (ml) → time is upgraded to Dose → flow (g) → time. Weight-based extraction is independent of density and crema — every shot lands exactly on target, even as the bean ages. Modular upgrade, retrofittable.
