Appia VIVA E-Milk is a professional espresso machine designed for businesses where speed, capacity and consistent quality are essential to everyday service. With two groups, it provides plenty of space for an efficient workflow, even when orders begin to build.

E-Milk automatically froths both dairy and plant-based milk. Up to four recipes can be customised by time or temperature, making it easy to serve cappuccinos, lattes and other milk-based drinks with consistent results.

The integrated shot timer displays the extraction time directly at each group. Together with volumetric dosing and the controlled pre-infusion of the SIS system, it helps the barista achieve balanced and consistent results in the cup – even during busy periods.

An automatic cleaning programme and a removable drip tray also make daily maintenance quicker and easier.
