Tank or tap, your choice
At home the 1.5-litre tank is enough. At the café you connect it to the tap.

You who want the same conditions at home as they have at the café. Or the office that has had enough of the capsule machine, or the bakery, or the food truck, or the event bar.
The E1 Prima lets you choose easily between brewing from the built-in tank (1.5 l) and connecting the machine straight to the water line.
It likes soft water, around 50–60 ppm. Filtered water in the tank, or a filter on the line, keeps it healthy.
Two programmed doses and one manual button: one for your espresso, one for your guests', and the manual one for when you want to brew by feel. Steam is controlled with a paddle. Hot water has two programmable doses and can be drawn while you brew. Cups sit on top and warm up. Barista lights light up the cup, so you can watch the shot run even in the evening.
Cleaning is an automatic flush programme run with a blind filter that comes with the machine. We recommend a backflush with the blind filter and a soak for the filter baskets once a week, when in use.
