Two brewing units taking turns (DualShift).
While one brews, the next dose is already ground and weighed. That gives 258 espressos an hour from two coffee spouts.
Weighs and dials itself in (AccuPowderWeigh and CLS).
Every dose is weighed to within 0.2 grams, and the grind adjusts itself if the shots start to drift. Nobody on the staff needs to know how to dial in a grinder.
Easy to service (modular design).
The machine is built from modules that can each be swapped in a few minutes. It tells you itself where the fault is.
The café or restaurant where the queue grows at the rush, and where the next cup should be ready as the last one is served. For a smaller place, Smart X is enough, making 156 espressos an hour.
This Master is fitted as B2CSY: a separate outlet for hot or cold milk foam, and the CayeSteam steam wand for those who like to steam their own. The foam comes while the coffee brews, ready to pour. Other options, such as 2 × 30 g brewing chambers, a grounds chute through the counter or a hot-water outlet for tea, are chosen in the configurator.
If you want to fine-tune, each recipe lets you control dose, volume, tamping pressure, headspace, pre-infusion and bloom. Before every tamp, VVD levels the bed automatically. With two grinders, two different beans can run in the same machine.
Master connects to mains water and a drain. Where there is no drain, we can install it with a 20-litre tank as the drain. Where there is neither, we build a pump solution with tanks for water and drain. So premises without water are no obstacle.
You start the cleaning on the screen. The grounds drawer holds 4 litres, and the machine tells you when it needs emptying. With CAYE IoT you see consumption and alarms remotely.
